This is the lip lift result of my beautiful facelift patient. With age, the space between the base of the nose and the upper lip gradually elongates, subtly affecting facial harmony. By shortening this area—the philtrum—we create a refreshed, more youthful look while naturally enhancing the upper lip’s fullness. A lip lift can truly elevate facelift results, though it’s also a fantastic choice for anyone seeking gentle volume and lift to the upper lip on its own. I often perform this in my Tysons Corner clinic with patients comfortably awake under local anesthesia.
